[Sigia-l] IA Summits - please take survey

We have a survey up that is very important to possible changes in the nature
of the IA Summits.

To date only about 100 people have completed the survey, and we believe a
couple of sets are over-represented.  We especially need to hear form folks
who have NOT ATTENDED an IA Summit.
