[Sigia-l] Questions re Next Summit

OK, I'm won over. Having started out casting my vote in the decidedly 
undecided column, I was thinking of this seulement from the perspective 
of choosing une cité to visit. But I think there is much to be said for 
crossing borders, both physically and metaphorically.

I change my vote! Mon dieu! C'est Montréal!
