I couldn't agree more.

I've only posted once or twice; I've started to reply to various 
inflammatory posts many times, but every time I've held off sending for 
a few minutes - taken a coffee/cigarette/upper of your choice break - 
and decided that my contribution was counterproductive.

In my opinion argument is good - it can only lead to more lively 
discussion - but when it descends to personal attacks it's time to call 
it a day.

Why don't we all get back to how much better Omnigraffle is than 
Visio[1]* and stop the childish bickering?
