I'm sad that people have limited your contributions to the list.

When I first started reading newsgroups in the early 90's, I saw a
comment on a computer programming newsgroup that said a programmer
should be required to read news for a year. After a while I understood
that to mean such things as PC's are not the only computers and DOS and
Windows are not the only ways to use computers.

I would read a note from you, even about a subject that did not concern
me. Your notes to the list seem to be the most notably charitable to
me.
