Not really. Businesses pay to be included *faster*. With the directory,
this has been going since at least 2001. Yahoo is famous for being slow
to include sites - it can take months to be included in their directory.
That's worth some cash if you sell stuff online.

I don't have time to research this in depth, and I do wish Yahoo would
have a nice concise page explaining all this. They probably do.

If someone wants to do that research, note the difference between Yahoo
the directory and Yahoo the (new) search engine. The paid inclusion is
new for the search engine, not the directory (afaik).
