``There is a lot of content that is invisible,'' said Tim Cadogan, Yahoo's
vice president of search. ``We want to build that index out as big as
possible.''

Modern-day search engines have indexed more than 4 billion Web documents and
pages, and the number grows daily. But that number pales compared with the
deep Web, estimated to consist of more than 550 billion documents.
