[Sigia-l] [Admin] List Grows!

This list shot up to 1800 very quickly form its initial 350.  

It then moved between 1800 and 2000 subscribers for several years.  

But since the Summit in Austin subscriptions have increased considerably and
we just got to 2100 subscribers.
