[Sigia-l] "close window" links in pop-ups

I would say that if they are not visually disruptive, they not only 
serve the purpose of allowing the user an additional method of closing 
the pop-up window, but they also signify/mark that the window is 
intended to be a leaf/terminal node within the larger structure of the 
site.

however, as a user the "close" buttons often bother me, however not as 
much as a popup window that can't be resized and/or the content is 
larger than the popup window and opens with scroll bars...
