[Sigia-l] OpinionLab Usage?

Does anyone have experience using OpinionLab's "OnlineOpinion" (aka "O")
tools?  If you have used "O" or their associated Comment Cards, please let
me know what your experience was.  What sort of results did you expect and
did you receive?  What percentage of your users actually gave feedback?  Do
you serve up your web pages using a content management system (CMS)? If so,
were there any issues implementing the OpinionLab tools with the CMS?  Any
issues with implementation in general?
