One interesting aspect of this is that search engine spiders will
find different data depending on the IP address location presented by
the spidering host. Google and the other search engines work hard to
avoid getting spammed by sites using "cloaking" (showing one thing to
spiders and another to browsers). They would have to use the
technology to show the same geo-located page versions to the users,
and I doubt they'll be interested. Because search is so important,
this may well go nowhere. I hope.
