I've just re-read this thread, and I can't see anyone "puffing up"  - and
who mentioned anything about the 80/20 rule? People are just presenting
their opinions. If you work for clients, who pay you money to have opinions
about something, then (in the absence of empirical evidence) it behoves you
to give one! That people also do so on this list is hardly surprising.

Lighten up. You're coming across as awfully bitter an twisted.
