All of the above, and being very comfortable thinking OUTSIDE the box ... a 
sympathetic questioner, good listener ... somebody who can leave their ego 
on the coatrack.

Yes, it takes system thinking, both left and right brain task skills, etc. 
... but I'd put the emphasis on listening and creating.
