Dreamweaver takes the tech out of the regular expression problem and it 
understands html tags. You can strip properties, strip specific tags, use 
regular expressions, quickly control the extremity of your search and 
replace and generally reduce any site into something that is convertable to 
any given template format. I have used it many times to convert font tag 
based sites into CSS sites and into dreamweaver templates.  I do write a 
lot of perl solutions but no point reproducing the technical work someone 
else has already done.
