It is sad but true. UI design, Usability, IA is a culture still in
minority. Besides, the most important reason is that *design* is still for
an affluent class. The guy who has to hire just one person for complete UI
will tend to favour "jack of all". And believe me such skills in one
person is not *rare* at all. There are plenty of them arround.
