Depending your web environment you can use the spss viztoolkit for this.

Do you really need it on the fly? Depending on the calculation needed it may take a while.
Maybe it is better to use an batch based solution for this. Or some sort of caching of the generated pictures.
Unless the results are really changing every time f.i. personalized info.
