No, we don't even have a clear idea of what the IA tasks are or, worse, what
IA is :-) We all have different definitions of IA

several individual lists with overlap and gaps.

At my company we have both charted our overall User Experience(*) process
(as an add-on to the Rational Unified Process) as well as described the
individual deliverables in a structured manner.
