Title: Microsoft Sharepoint Community Support Liaison

Purpose: This Fortune 100 Best Places to work in 2004 is seeking a Community
Support Liaison to work with employees who are community owners and members
in their use of the Microsoft Sharepoint Product.

Key Functions: 

Community liaison - supports owners in setting up new communities and
communicating with community members. Helps communities define work
processes using community tools
Collects and processes feedback from pilot community participants as part of
Pilot evaluation plan
Contributes to requirements for future functionality based on end user
feedback
Responds to email support requests, phone support requests, Help Desk
tickets
Stewards Community Share portal
Creates new sites

Preferred Education/Experience         

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information/computer Science,
Library Science, Human Factors, or Cognitive Psychology required
4+ years experience in information management, Internet technologies,
information architecture, document management or content management required
as well as working with customers, end users and in cross-functional teams

Desired Skills             

Proficiency with MS Office XP and 2003 necessary
Knowledge of Frontpage 2003 preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills essential
Experience with Sharepoint product highly desired

Travel Statement       

This position will require overnight travel up to 10% of the time.
