Thanks for the detailed review.

One assumptions and one question.

I am assuming that you would not have done the prototype if it weren't for
iRise's ability to make it easier/possible and do so it without IT
involvement, is that correct?

>>> That is one reason. Other reasons include the ability to tie
requirements directly to design elements and create a prototype with the
functionality I designed and not what the developer interpreted from the
wireframes. One problem I've experienced with wireframes is that
developers don't always build what you envisioned and described on the
wireframes.

Now, if you could have a person (not an member of your IT dept but, let's
say, a consultant) create the demo for you, pretty much in real-time and
keep changing it as you request revisions, would you take the person or
the
iRise option?

>>> That sounds very expensive to have a consultant develop in real time.
In the case of the projects I worked on, I would take iRise. My domain
knowledge and previous experience with the project teams allowed me to
create the prototypes and modify them faster than a consultant could.

>>>One thing I wanted to say in my last post is that I believe iRise can
be an effective tool in developing prototypes, but don't underestimate the
training needed to use it effectively.
