MTIV process by Hillman Curtis - gives you a new perspective on the
whole approach to a project

About Face 2.0, or The Inmates... by Alan Cooper et. al - great for
giving you a perspective on the benefits and challenges of working with
people from other disciplines

Observing the User Experience... by Mike Kuniavsky - haven't finished
this one yet, bout half way through. But it's easy reading and Mike
does an excellent job of providing real world examples.

In theory, theory and practice are the same.
