Howdy:
Have any members of this list worked with specialists in BPM?

This is "Business process management software". BPM encompasses everything from
standardizing workflow in a website to determining how to link back end
enterprise content and web based forms--- either for reporting purposes or for
web based data entry. cNost of them should be working with Information
Architects. Not sure how many of them do, and how useful they have been.


what have been your experiences?
How well did various reps & consultants understand your objectives and assist
you with process modelingnd/or design?
What areas did you need help and fail to get it?
