Hi,

It was probably an Australian Government memo, and therefore hasn't filtered through to the real world yet :)

I think what Ash (via Donna) was trying to say was something to the effect of "Some people have an oversimplified view of IA. If you think it is just card sorting, come along and find out more". It is important to educate people in the HCI field that may come into contact with prospective IAs - very important in a town where anyone can call themselves an IA...
