Right Zyia, knowledge of HTML tells you HOW to do those things, but not WHY.
I believe that's the distinction Eric was trying to make. I personally am in
favour of everyone knowing markup, but the value of that and the value of
knowing how to create such a structure is distinct. These are not mutually
exclusive though, I believe we need both skills. You can have the markup
skills and no clue about organization - See Geocities clients circa 1998 for
reference. :)
