Hi All,

I'm curious to see how different web sites treat the collection of 
feedback. We're using two methods on our web site and starting to 
consider some other options.

1] Feedback link on the page, which spawns a new window with a 5 to 20 
question feedback survey. This is used on the page that we want 
feedback from users or for a whole site area (e.g., a specific 
document/page = configuration guide or site area = Technical Support, 
etc.).

2] Inline feedback module/form (2 questions and a free text field) on 
the  page that we want feedback from users.

How are you collecting feedback about a specific page in your site's 
content architecture or on larger section of your site? Thanks!
