The http://webdesign-L.com/ list may provide your best answers on this
question. The focus of that list is mark-up and coding for Web browsers.
There may be a good response here, but it would not be my best bet.
(Personally, I am not a fan of Iframes, but that is just me -- mostly
because of usability issues I keep running across when testing them as
information gets hidden and users that use their keyboards to move about the
page and site have to change their habits to use Iframes).
