[Sigia-l] Amsterdam IA Cocktail Hour, the Professional Edition(tm)

Hi,

Worldwide and locally, IA activities are picking up:
- AIfIA (www.aifia.org) is launching one initiative after the other (the
latest ones are IA Tools and IA Local Communities initiatives),
- the IA Summit is approaching fast (info at
http://www.asis.org/Conferences/IA04/),
- several local IA's have approached me to let me know they are looking for
an experienced IA to join their company.

Let's join in the craze and have ourselves another Amsterdam IA Cocktail
Hour on Tuesday, November 18!

After being hooked up with fellow Amsterdammer Bram Donkers I decided to try
and professionalize the event a bit. That is why, for the first time in the
history of these cocktail hours, we present a short agenda:

Agenda

(start: 18:00 hours)
- sit down: welcome
- discuss: professionalize, yes or no?
- brainstorm: cocktail hour topics
- demonstrate: J-Flow, between sitemap and prototype
- relax: good old drinks and snacks
(end: 20:30 hours or later)

To allow for all this, we also saw a need to move the event out of a bar and
into a more suitable place.
