That is about leadership. Are you implying that good designers are
also good corporate leaders?
IMO, people capable of good design are not necessary good leaders.
Thus, hiring good designers into a company does not necessary mean the
company will produce good design. The corporate culture (shared
experience) often has a final say. Consequently, hiring good people is
very important, but not the most important.
