And I thought it was obvious.
I am happy to have killed off a few 'my' sections in my time.
Personalisation is one word that has had all it's meaning wrung out of it
by inappropriate use much like 'interactive' and 'usability'. And as for
collaborative filtering - do most users have the time to wait for the
system to get a clue? Only one site has the right to do either of these -
and that's Amazon.
