[Sigia-l] Arrows and Sort Order

Same thing happened in my recent visit to Canada. In observing Native 
Canadians, Europeans, Eastern Europeans, Asians, and Aussies, about 50% 
of the time they selected the "wrong" button. The buttons didn't have 
arrows on them, but were stacked on top of each other like:
