Full-time position: Interaction Designer
Location: Jersey City, NJ

Summary:
Ameritrade's User Experience Group is looking for an additional team member to work under the guidance of the Sr. Interaction Designer. The qualified candidate will produce and coordinate documentation that communicates goal-oriented experiences for Ameritrade.com and other client-facing products and services.

Responsibilities:
	*	Collaborate with product teams on the appropriate interaction design solutions that adhere to client goals and business needs.
	*	Create and maintain documentation (wireframes, task flows, personas, site maps, etc.)
	*	Produce and manage design deliverables throughout project lifecycle
	*	Coordinate iterative usability tests on low-fidelity prototypes

Qualifications:
	*	2-3 years experience designing Web-based transactional products (i.e., e-commerce, banking, etc.)
	*	A Bachelors degree, or relevant industry experience, is required.
	*	Proven understanding of Interaction Design, Interface Design, and Information Architecture.
	*	Ability to work within an established user-centered design process
	*	Excellent communication and time management skills
	*	Experience with usability testing and data analysis a plus
	*	Experience on large-scale consumer websites preferred
