[Sigia-l] online product tours - good examples?

I was wondering whether people here had experience designing product 
tours/demos/introductions?

At the moment it seems like the world divides into impressive, but 
ultimately annoying, interactive content like Macromedia's OnDemand 
product, and more wholesome html offerings like Joel Spolsky's CityDesk 
(http://www.fogcreek.com/CityDesk/Tour.html).

I'd love to hear of other interesting approaches or examples, whether 
for software or anything else.
