There was a discussion on this a few months ago:  Mark Lawrence provided a
handy solution to write a macro in Visio.  The macro described writes out a
handy text file:  very useful!  Copy and paste this to your front page, et
voila.

One disadvantage:  this doesn't provide a clickable table of contents,
where someone interacting with a soft copy of your wireframe package (PDF,
VSD, etc.) can click to a prticular page.
