Well, Steven L. MacCall, Ph.D., only superficial barriers (labels),
created by 'groups' prevents *sharing* and *communication* which can
achieve and realize common goals.

In short, taking sides is subversive to unity. This is something you may
wish to ponder, even in third-person.
