Heh, fair enough. :)  To make an apples to apples comparison, I would 
suggest we compare two teams, each of which are proficient at their 
respective skills.

More on topic, I believe this is a big opportunity for IAs.  Because of 
the possibilities that Flash enables, the interaction design and 
information architecture can be an order of magnitude more complicated.

We're building a small marketing piece right now for Rich Internet 
Applications and even mocking up some _very_ simple screens to 
illustrate some advantages for retail commerce sites requires an 
enormous amount of consideration and thought.  Flexibility increases 
complexity -- although I would argue in a good way in the case of RIAs.
