You don't specify which OS. On OS X, Copernicus, ScreenRecord, ScreenTool
and Snapz Pro X will all capture to QuickTime, but not all with audio. I
don't know what you're capturing, but from a technical POV, it's almost
always better to capture video and audio separately and merge them in a
video editing tool.
