Who knows why? What kind of client is it? I can think of many websites that
I use for less than a minute at a time, yet get plenty of useful information
from. 

Perhaps the site poorly explains who it is, what it offers, and why people
should stick around for more than a minute. Perhaps it's simply a bad site
or a bad service. 

BTW, WebTrends should allow you to filter out internal employees pageviews
by domain.
