[Sigia-l] iframes and contextual help

Hi,
here's a brain teaser. 

I have 2 iframes (html term) on a page with functionality in them
(change address and change contact information). I can't change what's
in these. I need to add some contextual help for users about the
functionality. Apart from adding simple text above or below them ("after
clicking this, do this"), what other options do I have? 
Any ideas?
