Hi Chiara,
How are you defining Enterprise IA?
Do you mean the metadata attributes and associated vocabs for an 
entire Enterprise-wide Document Management strategy?
Do you mean the recommended navigation structure for an 
Enterprise-wide Intranet? Internet?
Do you mean Enterprise-wide ideas applied to portals?


If you mean all, I would call all of  this just plain-old IA.
Overtime people will have different specialties.  I think its a 
natural progression of the field.
(Just as in mechanical engineering some people are product-design 
specialists while others are manufacturing process specialists.  The 
basic knowledge set is similar but over time people specialize as 
their interest and experiences allow).
