Sure, components of the IA toolkit. But as you said, not of an IA system, in
my terminology. So we're of the same opinion.

Great. That's what I initially tried to steer my question at: what do you
do, what do you deliver. No further ambitions at that point. Everybody can
derive his/her own conclusions from it or not.
I'm happy that at last, there is a feedback to my initial question;
hopefully, it starts a real blast of more feedback;-)
Hm.. and maybe I should have used a different wording for my first post...
