Come on, thats a completely different point. Arno did not say that all 
architects agree on design, style, material, etc. it's a somewhat 
subjective field afterall. What he was saying is that your aforementioned 
room full of architects don't sit around arguing that they should be 
laying bricks, installing plumbing or doing interior decorating.
