[Sigia-l] Documents for estimates

Hi all,

Well I got my first job... doing the IA or designing the user experience
of a redesign of a Toyota car dealership. As part of my duties I have
evaluate and recommend the website development shop / firm for the
design and implementation.

And I was wondering if any of you know what documentation would be just
enough for a development team to estimate cost and time for the design
and programming of the site?

What would be the information (documentation) for them to estimate
without knowing too much (since they are not yet part of the team) but
know enough to give a sharp estimate?
