For a good read about structure and architecture:
Studies in Tectonic Culture by Kenneth Frampton

For a good read about architecture in building architecture:
"Building Dwelling Thinking" in "Poetry Language Thought by Heidegger
this is too name one of numerous lengthy essays about the subject.

For a good read about the intersection of the built and the digital see the
work of Dunne and Raby in their recent book:
Design Noir: The Secret Life of Electronic Objects

For a good read about architecture in digital architecture:
Design by Numbers by John Maeda (this is a bit of a stretch)

Best regards,
[sgp] - both building and digital architect
