You are right... when most of these folks made their purchase, very few had
been down this road before. Plus, many folks had that goofy attitude "It's
the web, it's all new! no need to study other media!"

But there are folks with media-specific extensive experience who can help
make a good choice going forward. Plus all those folks how have bought a CMS
they hate--- who say they'll get another one. just a different one. Which I
find telling. CMS are valuable--- but you have to know what you need. How to
know what you need is the fun part.
