[Sigia-l] Collasping Horizontally

Hi gang,

Just wondering if any of you interface designers have
any ideas on how to intuitively show columns in a
table that are horizontally collapsible. I am looking
for an icon-like mechanism that users would click to
expand and collapse a set of columns. The old "+" and
"-" and arrows seem a little clumsy...

Thanks for any examples you might be able to
provide...
