Not as far as I know.

But I do know that the Microsoft has been engaged in a battle with
the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (CCPE) over the
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) program

Microsoft originally advised Canadian holders of the MCSE
certification *not* to call themselves engineers. Then they reversed
the decision and the CCPE is all upset again.

If you're interested in gory details, the Professional Engineers of
Ontario has an excellent page with links to various articles and
editorials and legal stuff about this (software engineering
specifically).

Note the URL. It's in a folder called "enforcement." Yikes!
