I don't know what the Ohio definition is, but you raise the critical
question.
As I think you're aware Ziya (but others may not be), architects are
a special profession. They're like engineers, doctors and lawyers.
And these professions are defined through legislation.
There is an act, let's call it "the Architect Act", that says what
an architect is, what they can and cannot do, what special
protections they have, and so on. This legal status is the main
difference between architects and, for example, plumbers.
