I am interested in faceted classification/guided navigation, but am
wondering of the practicalities of implementing it. As I understand, it
is integrated into programs such as Endeca, I can set up a simple system
myself using facetmap.com (have tried it and it works well, but I don't
understand how it would integrate with something like a company
intranet) or I can construct a database myself.
For someone using a program such as Interwoven, is there a simple way of
adding faceted classification as the navigation method?
Glenda.
