[Sigia-l] clear signals

I will not post about this to the list.  This is not  about IA.

For those wondering, following a prior post, I told Derek and another to 
take it off list.

Nothing has changed in administration since that post.  No one was removed, 
no posts are being held.  The main posts discarded are form Nigeria or 
about Viagra.
