I'm for *trovabilità*, yes.
In the Italian Polar Bear Book I think could be right the choice of
*reperibilità*, considering the low popularity - in Italy - of IA
discipline.

But *trovabile* is - in my opinion - better, just because it's a
neologism.
Findability is a key-concept having a specific meaning in IA, so the
use of *reperibilità* may be too generic.
The exactly translation of English *to find* is the Italian *trovare*,
otherwise *reperire* is a synonym, but embracing a larger semantic
field.
That's the reason I prefer *trovare/trovabile*.

Also, *trovabilità* it would be a new coinage exactly specular to
*uabilità*: in linguistics both are linguistic calques.

Eng. to use + -able = usable/usability >> it. usa(re) + -abile =
usabile/usabilità
Eng. to find + -able = findable/findability >> it. trova(re) + -abile
= trovabile/trovabilità
