[Sigia-l] Objectivity of Design Decisions

I am looking for an easy way (i.e., a diagram) to
explain to clients how IA and UI decisions are based
on objective review/analysis of the design drivers
(goals, objectives, user needs & flow, content,
functions, etc).

Have any of you seen anything like this?
