You have to know that you're blowing this out of proportion, right? 

As much as the diagram seems simplistic to veteran design netizens, it'll do nothing but help UX grow within the industry; whether the work falls on Adaptive's lap or yours or mine. There are *many* IT groups that need a re-org in the worst way and even more businesses that don't have the faintest idea about where to begin regarding UX. Understanding the basic principles of our approach is the first step to a light bulb going off and budgets being expanded.
